Let’s monitor the circuit, and if the circuit is running stable, We (SingTel SM) are planning to contact the customer and inform them to cancel the circuit test on Sep 20th.
We will let you know once further action plan is determined.
Btw, we received an RFO for the outage happened yesterday. The RFO is “LSP detected the problem with the drop wire’s connector. They replaced the new connector for circuit restoration.”
Would you please help me to clarify where the “drop wire’s connector” is placed…?
