According to Clause 26.1.5 of the Prospectus specifies the rights, duties and responsibilities of management company to manage SBPF in order to achieve the objectives of the property fund and maintain the rights and interests of unitholders, however, it must not be against the securities law and/or other relevant laws and Clause 27.2 (9.17) of the Prospectus specifies fees and/or other expenses related to the management of SBPF which the management company can collect from SBPF.
