I am Father Charles Pham, a member of the Congregation of the Mother Coredemptrix (C.M.C), U.S. Assumption Province.



Presently, I am serving at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Bakersfield, California.



On October 8, 2013, Most Reverend Armando X. Ochoa, Bishop, Diocese of Fresno, appointed me as Parochial Vicar of this parish, to assist for Hospital Ministry and Minister to the Vietnamese Catholic Community, Bakersfield, CA.



Morever, your letter of March 17, 2014, has interested me for a new assignment, to aim to have the opportunity of learning more pastoral experience in a new parish.



I humbly ask you and the Personnel Board of the Diocese of Fresno kindly review of my request.
