5.4 In case BMIS’s contract is to bid, a ‘reply letter’ will be written by the Marketing Dept. Upon receiving the bid document, he will arrange for a bid meeting. Bid document will be copied & issued to the relevant parties for action by using the ‘Document Transmittal form’ and implementing the ‘Document Control procedure’. The meeting notes will be prepared, reviewed and issued to the relevant parties every time and maintain on the Marketing Officer.
5.5 The Engineering Dept. will be responsible for preparing the technical and cost estimate portion of the bids, Including budget controlling during construction and report to CM and PM by weekly and monthly.
