2. Develop an observation checklist that can be used to monitor the customer service.After implemented the new action and meeting to all canvas café staffs, all of our team are willing to observe and asking customer who order the new dish. At this process, we are agreed to put on this checklist in cashier and make staff to remember the questions that they need to make the observation, then they will put on the note on the piece of paper and will fill up the form after they finished. At this step, we plan to make the observation feedback for 15 customers and we will correct all checklist and discuss in the meeting on December. In addition, the checklist that we will use to evaluate our customer satisfaction can be seen below:
