If the applicant apply for more than 2 term, they must submit all documents No.5 on the list.
Also, we generally ask applicant to submit 1 copy of personal reference letter which is notarized in case he/she will extend the period of study later on.
However, if the applicant is definitely going to enroll for only 1 term and will not extend his/her study period, it is possible to submit personal reference letter which is not notarized.
