- Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and contribute in developing annual training plan
- Identify targeted trainees for different programs
- Outline course structure and write training objectives
- Handle different logistics and coordinate training administration with providers
- Conduct programs’ opening and supervise class participation
- Have participants complete evaluation form and report evaluation results
- Follow up on the recommended on-job training
- Document completed training on the data base and on the system
- Provide regular reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate (Preferable to have a diploma in management or HR)
- Arabic and English proficiency; written and spoken
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access)
- Preferable to have an understanding of adult learning techniques
- 0 to 3 years of experience (Preferably in HR)
