It may be that access permission and browser issue.
A)Please try to access to the share folder with IP address.
B)Try to use different browser.If the screen does not change, refresh the browser screen.

Please inform us the result and following information that we need.
1) Is this a new unit or it has been in use for a while ?
2) Which Windows OS are you using?
3) Which are you using Domain account or local account(Workgroup) ? (Please take screen shot of WEB UI)
4) Browser name and version.
