Terms and Conditions
The promoted Company shall act in compliance with the general conditions and particular conditions designed for the Program as follows:
General Conditions
1. In case where the Company has got the rights under the Article 25 and 26, the Company shall not allow the foreign craftsman or specialists granted for entering the Kingdom to perform a position for the benefits of Project promoted by the Commission to do another task apart from the granted positon. When those mentioned craftsman or specialists have terminated their duties, the Company is obliged to inform to the BOI Office within 15 days starting from their termination.
