Hi Igantious - there are some issue with this switch to contact that are intermittent - I experience them myself as well and this has been submitted to IT - I have confirmed, as I am sure you have as well, that this customer exists in Xtreme. Please keep an eye open to the net change doc for when improvements are made to the switch contact - there is a small change that might help that is going in the code push this week - but there is another change submitted to IT on the inconsistent behavior in finding companies or people.
