We are writing today to complain of your service I received from your company on Friday 19th Aug, 2016. As you knew well for this problem case as replacement car for our Top Executive as C Level – Khun Arth. You could not sent us the replacement car on time as you notified us on last Friday.
Our Executive was most annoyed that he wasted time had to wait your spare car over 7 hours that ought not to wait long period like that. And your team work without coordinate to each other, let’s us confused with your information about delivery time and process to order driver to pick a spare car from other office. Made him so angry for this case.
My impression of Thai VP Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing contract are being managed by your company. I don’t want to have any case like this happen again.
