I HAVE BEEN OBSERVING THE INTERNET USAGE AND ACCESS FOR ALL TEAM IN 11TH FLOOR ESPECIALY FOR MARKETING, CREATIVE AND AFFILIATE, I’VE NOTICE THAT THERE’S SOME OF YOU HAS VIOLATE AND MISS USED THE FLEXIBILTY OF THE INTERNET ACCESS GIVEN BY THE COMPANY. I BELIEVE EVERYONE HAS A MATURE MENTALITY AND WE EXPECT PROFESIONALISM IN OUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT. NONE OF US NEEDED TO BE SCOLDED OR WARN FOR SUCH MATTERS OR BEHAVIOUR. WE ALL SHOULD KNOW OUR RESPONSIBILTY AND KNOW WHAT CAN AND CAN NOT BE DONE DURING WORKING HOURS. ASIDE FROM THAT WE FOUND THAT SOME OF US CAME & LEAVE OFFICE, OR TAKE A BREAK NOT IN A TOLERATED WORKING HOURS.
AGAIN WE ARE TRYING NOT TO TREAT ANYONE LIKE A KINDEGARDEN KIDS THAT NEED TO BE TOLD OR SCOLD.
PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A VERBAL WARNING AND IF WE STILL FOUND THIS VIOLATION HAPPEN WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS AND WILL TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION SUCH AS ISSUING WARNING LETTER AND OTHERS DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING TERMINATION OF EMPLOYEMENT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND ATTENTION AND COOPORATION.
