Phân tích đánh giá các kết quả, thực hiện kế hoạch, quý và năm. Trên cơ sở đó báo cáo thường niên dự thảo, kế hoạch năm, rút ra những mặt mạnh, yếu, tìm nguyên nhân để phát huy lợi thế, khắc phục nhược điểm.
Thống kê, tổng hợp tình hình thực hiện các công việc sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty và các nhiệm vụ khác được giao như quy định.
