2.Statement of the problem
Although both countries are able to excel globally and are able to gain recognition when it comes to building a business or a company, the two countries both face difficulties when it comes to employing staff for their company. This is due to the different factors e.g. Social factors, geographical factors and phycological factors hence, the human resource management of each company in the country will then plays an important role in order to sustain to high standards that it imposed for the country.
