-Name and Description: The Reforestation project CEC collaborates with Office of Natural Resources and Environment and SKL Forest Industry Organization office conduted “The Reforest project to honor the occasion of 80th Birthday Anniversary of Queen Sirikit”, and “Reforestation with the CEC project”
-Objective and results: To encourage students, teachers and public to participate in planting activity at religious places and schools to build consciousness and awareness to students, teachers and general people for participating in planting activity and tree maintenance with volunteers. To compensate the greenhouse gas emission.
The sea pine trees were planted in 30 acers in Ranot district, Sathingphra district, Sinhanakorn district and Muang Songkhla at Songkhla province. After planted 3 months the monitoring result found that the survival remaining rate is 51.67%
-Level of achievement (%): Quite satisfy.
-Beneficiaries and number (children, seniors, society as a whole, sick, socially excluded groups, indigenous communities, etc.): Office of Natural Resources and Environment Songkhla, Songkhla Shoot Planting Center, schools, teachers, students, temple people and local governmental agencies.

-Attach documents and images that could provide further information Support fund for tree maintenance to 19 agencies that had the remaining rate higher than 50% by considering size of planting area. The Ban Bo It School had remaining rate lower than 50% (the remaining rate as 46.06%) due to good care but it faced with a problem that animals came to eat them. However, new trees will be planted to substitute. CEC will conduct the 3rd monitoring the planting result in April 2015.
