I’m writing to (1)……….about the
personal Robot, Model Z4, which I bought from
Gadgets Store several months ago. The (2)………..has
been giving me all kinds of problems. I’ve taken it into
your local (3)……….several times, but unfortunately
they haven’t been able to (4)………….it.
The robot is supposed to perform various
household (5)…………., but sometimes it refuses to do so.
When I ask it to clean the house or take out the (6)…………., it usually replies:
“ Z4 is too busy,” “ Z4 is tired ” or simply “ Z4 is on strike.” Also the instructions
say that the machine can (7)………….into ten languages. But when I ask it for
Spanish, I get German, and when I ask for Italian, I get Chinese. I never can
(8)……….the language the robot will speak.
Last night I had my boss and his wife for dinner: the robot served the
meal perfectly. But the it turned to my guests and said that my boss’s tie was
horrible and that his wife’s jewelry was (9)………. Model Z4 has put me in several
very embarrassing situations like this.
The problem is that this robot has a mind of its own. The machine is still
under (10)………, but I have no wish to keep it. I’m enclosing a copy of the
receipt, and I would like to return the robot and get my money back. Please let
me know how I can do this
