Please indicate what documentation is provided with each resin type (if used), what specification the resin is ordered to (and how this specification is developed) and a description of the process involved in receiving and storing resin batches, whether formulated or raw.
2. Similarly to the supply process of geomembranes, Fabtech understand that polyethylene resin, whether formulated or raw, must be supplied to a certain specification, as mentioned in point one. Please indicate, if any, what kind of testing (either independent or in-house) or quality assurance procedures are in place to ensure that each resin batch received from the resin supplier meet the applicable specification, and what kind of testing frequencies (and any applicable standard test methods) are involved with any external or internal testing of resin batches.
3. Please detail what kind of process, if any, is in place to inspect the physical condition and composition of the resin upon arrival to ensure that no resin has been damaged or contaminated in any way.
