All interviewers shall be required to fill in the Interview Evaluation Form (F-HR-002) as soon after the interview as possible with interview assessment and recommended employment particulars, e.g. status of employment, whether permanent or temporary, local contract, site contract staff, regional or expatriate, current salary, expected salary, position, duration of contract, date of joining, project and department for preparation of the offer letter. This form should not be shown to any applicants.
