In the true spirit, if these individuals are “permanent” labour , we should be putting their HC in to see a true reflection of the number of heads we have and where they fit in as their cost are still reflected somewhere.
There will be a need to justify that these labour are required for the business and the approval will need to come from the IPO business leaders as well as the IPO HRBP Director before putting them into TAS. Confirmation / probationary is a separate matter (usually not needed if they have been with us for sometime)
