What we need is a decision - do the associates below loose the days that expire as noted below or will we continue to allow them to grow their leave days, which carries an immense cost?
An option - allow them a one-time exemption to utilize the leave days by March 31, 2016 or lose them. Furthermore, they will not be allowed any future exemptions for the use of their annual leave.
