We take all genuine feedback on board and it is invaluable to us as it assists us to keep evolving our service and adjusting any improvements required for our valued guests. Please be assured all our rooms are newly refurbished and the beds are standard hotel beds ordered in from a specialist hotel bed company. Our breakfast, although complimentary is designed to suit a variety of preferences and covers a range from fresh fruit, yoghurts to pastries as well as a Hot choice. We are always keen suggestions as well.. Our staff do work hard to please our guests and our aim is for a welcoming feel. We are deeply concerned with your opinion they did not reflect as friendly to you.
