Manage the delivery of HR administration services and expenses.
• In charge of employee benefit administration such as company car & car leasing, fleet card, car parking, mobile phone, travel insurance, social security claim and other employee welfares.
• Manage the exit process of resigned employees by collecting all company assets
• Facilitate an Employee Annual Health Check-up, Influenza vaccination & Long service Award
• Responsible for team member HRIS project such as data entry, Leave On-line module and ensure the all leave application align with the leave policy.
