The purpose of this research is to study Experiential factors affecting Thai tourists satisfaction to the tram tour in Phitsanulok province. In this study, tourist’s experience factors comprise employee, service, convenience, process communication, and price. The analysis of data eventually leads to series of recommendations for transport service in the Lower Northern, especially for Phitsanulok.
A questionnaire was used as data collection tool . Survey questionnaires were collected from 100 Thai tourists who had travel experiences with tram tour services at central Phitsanulok by convenience sampling. The data were then analysed with a statistical analysis software though descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation.
The results reveal that the majority of Thai tourists are female, aged between 20-25 years old, held a bachelor degree, high school and Univerity student, having monthly income between 5,001 - 10,000.
Furthermore, the analysis of tourist’s experience indicate that the majority of tourists considered the overall of the satisfaction towards tram tour services at the high level of satisfaction. The sub-factor with the highest mean score that affected the tourists at the highest level of satisfaction were as follows: employee sub factor, which was ……ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด…….(mean=…..), service sub factor, which was ………….(mean=….), convenience sub factor, which was….
