During their period of deployment, the leased personnel is subject exclusively to the instructions of the Lessee, and is required to report to the Lessee. They shall be integrated into the working procedures adopted by the Lessee. The Provider shall not be responsible for the work carried out for the Lessee by the leased personnel.
If, in cross-border business transactions, there are mandatory country-specific provisions that are applicable in the country in which the personnel are deployed (“country of deployment”) or in the country from which the personnel have been delegated (“country of delegation”), and which deviate from individual provisions set out in these conditions, the country-specific provisions shall take precedence.
The Lessee and Provider shall do their utmost to provide each other with support particularly in the administrative processes involved in hiring out the personnel.
