• They meet at any time of the week. Each group sets its own schedule.
• The reason the group meets must be based on the needs or interests of the unbelievers, not on the needs of the team members.
• Some share groups form for friendship. Others form to meet needs or hurts in the lives of the members. Still others are formed around a common interest.
