This policy defines the minimum period of time that every employee is expected to commit to the Company.
Objective:
The objective is to clarify the minimum employment period that each employee is requested to commit to the Company and the consequences for failing to fulfil that commitment.
Policy Statement:
All employees are required to commit a minimum period of 18 months employment to ProMark, subject to ProMark fulfilling its obligations and promises to the employee.
The Company feels that this is the minimum time period that it can honestly and objectively provide a new employer with a comprehensive reference document. Therefore, should an employee leave prior to completing 18 months employment ProMark will be unable to provide a reference.
