Travel agent : Good evening, ms. What can i do for you?
Client : Could you give me some details about your package tours?
Travel agent : Certainly. Would you like to see our brochures? Here they are (menyerahkan brosur).
Client : Thank you
(setelah membaca brosur). Well, Bali tour seems to be an interesting one.
Travel agent : well, Bali has been the favorite destination for locals and international tourists for ages. Full of magnificent beaches, breathtaking sceneries, marvellous trinkets and interesting culture, Bali is ideal for people wanting to escape from daily activities, enjoy a honeymoon, or even, have a great time with family and friends. We could book your tickets if you like ms.
Client : Oh yes. But not for me alone. I want three tickets to be booked. Two adults and one child. I’d like to book a round trip ticket yogyakarta-bali-yogyakarta.
Travel agent : Yes ms, when are you planning to travel?
Client : Next week maybe.
Travel agent : How do you want to travel?
Client : i’d like to have a business class flight.
Travel agent : Do you have any preference for seat?
Client : i’d prefer aisle seat at the back of the plane.
Travel agent : We have an afternoon flight leaving at 12.30 and a night flight at 8. Which do you prefer?
Client : my choice would always be the night flight.
Travel agent : oh sure ms, we can do it. Please fill in these forms (menyerahkan formulir)
Client : of course. (mengisi formulir).
Travel agent : oke, by the way. Could you tell me how old the child is?
Client : Well, 4 years old.
Travel agent : The child has a discount of 15 % The offert including the flight, hotel and excursion and the airport transfer, shuttle.
Client : Thats good.
Travel agent : Would you like us to send the tickets to you by post or would you like to collect them personally?
Client : Can i take them on next Wednesday?
Travel agent : Sure ms, we’ll keep them ready for you.
Client : Thank you.
Travel agent : it’s our pleasure, ms.
