At the end, it took the company a total of five years to implement few selected
processes of ITIL. One of the reasons was the poor way the ITIL implementation was
handled as the company does not have any project management strategies nor follows
any project management methodologies. If we were to apply the proposed model
(Figure 1) to the case study, we can see how the four main constructs were affected.
