I just tried to call but was told you are in a meeting, I will try and call you back a bit later.

The 21st April date is based on the attached FAA bill of sale. I asked the FAA DAR what date they use for the aircraft birthday and they use the date that the aircraft is officially handed over from the manufacturer to the first operator which is the date on the Bill of Sale.

When the aircraft is with the manufacturer it is still under part 25 for production and doesn’t become and operational aircraft until it is released from the factory.

Also even based on the data plate the date of 3/95 should be valid from 1st to 31st March as it doesn’t specify a day on the data plate.

We have spoken with the DGCA team here and they need the official approval from Jakarta to issue the C of A and C of R, today the FAA is ready to issue the Export Certificate and we are ready to transfer the registration to PK.

Can Airfast arrange to meet with DGCA today and get the clearance to issue the C of R.

Saya meminta FAA DAR tanggal apa yang mereka gunakan untuk ulang tahun pesawat dan mereka menggunakan tanggal bahwa pesawat secara resmi diserahkan dari produsen ke operator pertama yang merupakan tanggal pada Bill of Sale. Ketika pesawat adalah dengan produsen itu masih dalam bagian 25 untuk produksi dan tidak menjadi dan pesawat operasional sampai dilepaskan dari pabrik. Juga bahkan berdasarkan data piring tanggal 3/95 seharusnya masih berlaku dari 01-31 Maret karena tidak menentukan hari pada pelat data. Kami telah berbicara dengan tim Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara di sini dan mereka membutuhkan persetujuan resmi dari Jakarta untuk mengeluarkan C A dan C R, hari ini FAA siap untuk mengeluarkan Sertifikat Ekspor dan kami siap untuk mentransfer pendaftaran untuk PK. Bisa Airfast mengatur untuk bertemu dengan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara hari ini dan mendapatkan izin untuk menerbitkan C R. Salam Dave Jones
