Given that studying the enrolled courses requires a significant financial cost as well as the inconvenience of international travel, you have not provided convincing reasons for studying in Australia. You have not satisfied me that your study in Australia will assist you in obtaining employment or improving your prospects in your home country in the future. You were asked to explain the benefit of studying business courses in Australia. You answered that the business courses will improve your English proficiencies and teach essential courses which will improve your career prospect, but were unable to provide any specific example. I am unable to place significant weight on your explanation regarding the value of the course and your reasons for studying in Australia.
Based on available information, I am not satisfied your primary intention is to enter Australia as a genuine temporary entrant for study and that you will remain there temporarily. Therefore, I cannot be satisfied you meet Clause 572.223 of the Regulations.
