ARTICLE 5: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
In the event a dispute arises out of implementation of this contract, first the parties shall actively resolve such dispute on the basic of equality and mutual interest. If both parties cannot reach an agreement solution, every dispute shall be referred to Binh Duong Court for settlement. All the fees and expenses occurred in this court shall be born by losing party.
