Requirements:
Degree in any field or Diploma holder.
Minimum 1 year (s) experience working with people, particularly in a customer service role – in either hotels, hospitality or customer support role
Able to commence immediately will be an advantage
Good Excel and Power point knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Customer oriented and has the ability to work independently under minimum supervision
Multi-task oriented
A desire to have fun is a must
