We could accept coinsurance clause

We could accept coinsurance clause with client if they want to save cost and self insure for 50% of loss.

Coinsurance Clause (Self-Insurance)
Insured agrees to self-insure and that the sum(s) insured nominated under this Policy represent(s) below 50% of the actual amount (contract value) on the interest insured herein.
In consequence of the foregoing, the Insured agrees to be his own insurer for the difference of 50% and undertakes to bear that ratable proportion of :-
(a) each and every loss or damage (including any amounts in respect of fees charges costs and expenses) payable under this Policy.
(b) any expenditure payable in the exercise of subrogation right under this Policy; and
It is further declared and agreed that in the event the sum(s) insured under this Policy is less than the Nominated Sum insured mentioned as above at the time of loss, the Insured shall be considered as being his own insurer for the difference and shall bear a ratable proportion of such loss
