Please communicate to your managers to start performance feedback sessions for all OIP staff. The system is open for Manager approval for all participants in the EPDP system.
Please be sure all L & E Training is complete prior to Manager approval/signoff.
The completion of the 2014 EPDP process is consistent with previous years. Please be sure everyone reviews and updates their personal profile, sets 2015 role objectives, and that managers and employees sign off on their forms. While we will be transitioning to a new performance management system in 2015, all data (including 2015 goal objectives) will be fed to the new system. Additional information about the new performance management system and process will be forthcoming.
EPDP is close on 1 March 2015. Please complete it before that.
