12. Confidentiality:The Employee shall use Confidential information solely
for purposes of performing his obligations under this
Agreement and that, except as otherwise provided herein;
he will keep confidential and not disclose any Confidential
Information unless he is required to do so by legitimated
laws, regulations or in furtherance of corporate objectives
provided that in the event of disclosing such Confidential
Information The Employee will notify the Employer with
respect thereto and identify The Confidential Information to
be disclosed in order to permit the Employer to take
appropriate action to ensure confidentiality of the
Confidential Information
Any breach of Information related to the Employer’s
activities or business, by this the Present Agreement
would cease and would be considered void, and
Immediate Termination would take place without any given
notice, and The Employer reserves the right to take
any Lawful action against the Employee
