On the first postoperative day, her

On the first postoperative day, her visual acuity in the
operated eye was 3/60. A mild central corneal edema
with moderate anterior uveitis (cells 1 plus and flare 1
plus) was found. The patient was started on a
combination of antibiotic and steroid containing eye
drops (Ciprofloxacin and Dexamethasone), 10 times/
day and Timolol 0.5 % eye drops two times/day.

Results (Thai) 1:

วันแรกหลังผ่าตัด เธอมองเห็นในตาดำเนินแก้ไข 3/60 บวมน้ำกระจกตาอ่อนกลางด้วยปานกลางหน้า uveitis (เซลล์ 1 บวกและแสงจ้า 1บวก) พบ ผู้ป่วยเริ่มต้นในการยาปฏิชีวนะและเตียรอยด์ที่ประกอบด้วยตาหยด (Ciprofloxacin และ Dexamethasone), 10 ครั้ง /วันและยาหยอดตา Timolol 0.5% สองครั้ง / วัน

ในวันหลังการผ่าตัดครั้งแรกที่มองเห็นเธอใน
สายตาดำเนินการเป็น 3/60 อ่อนอาการบวมน้ำของกระจกตาส่วนกลาง
ที่มีปานกลาง uveitis ล่วงหน้า (เซลล์ 1 บวกและลุกเป็นไฟ 1
บวก) ก็พบว่า ผู้ป่วยได้รับการเริ่มต้นในการ
รวมกันของยาปฏิชีวนะและเตียรอยด์ที่มีตา
