These days, in our acquisition testing, it’s almost more than 15 users failed in accessing our website.
As your advices, cleaning cookies…changing browsers, backup sites…virus checking…etc. actually we taught our potential users tried everything already, but not always they will listen our explanation in his patience especially in first touch with us.
In the whole mutual connection route between our website server to users will be brief like:

May I ask which joint will be the most possible get troubles?
Which joints we are easy to clarify first?
Which can be quick to attributed the problems are from user end?
I think A~E are more frequent for us to clarify or we can say all of these problems always happened in A~E in high proportion.
