After our meeting with Guy DANO the lecturer at our revenue management meeting he advised to have a Dynamic pricing calendar including our meeting room. This is still work in progress at CGCW but please start working on the same for CGLB. Depending on the months, forecast on the books it is good to have variable prices on off peak days to try to gain additional business and guests can be advised as such that if they book on this or that date that they will have a special price.
This is not a fixed worksheet but work in progress. Involve your revenue manager aswell, you can see the below correspondence. This a good tool to have which gives all sales staff a clear guide line at what rates to sell.
