Due to Hotel Royal Bangkok (Thailand) Co., Ltd. wishes to cancel the office rental for 29th floor and will do agreement for office rental only 28th floor, I’ve coordinated with Khun Ple who is the sale of Tiang Chirathivat Co., Ltd. for revising Rental Agreement from DADB to HRB. She informed me that she tried to notify Khun Supanee (Khun AO) to do the cancellation letter but she could not contact Khun Ao. Khun Ple informed me that there is security deposit amount 564,988.80 baht (Five hundred sixty four thousand nine hundred eighty eight baht and eighty satang).
I told Khun Ple transfer Security Deposit of DADB for that amount to HRB Security Deposit, at first time Khun Ple said that no problem if we confirm to lease office as same space but HRB wishes to decreases the number of rented space, the deposit amount has changed so she cannot be transferred unless DADB has written notification that it purpose of transfer ownership of such deposit will be implemented with HRB.
