I would like to know that " Why I hasn't receiving AirAsia reference number after booking flight? "
Yesterday I booked a flight ticket online around 18:30. But until now a bill or reference number to pay the counter service, hasn't sent to my email.
Already check my bookings it up that pending payment and then I try to re-send itinerary via email about 2-3 laps, but there is no any document submitted to my email. (I already checks my e-mail by carefully.)
