The housing policy issue is evolving, its moving in the direction that those front Hotel/Operation type Associates should be given option on Company housing living moving forward based on rank and inventory available as opposed to receiving housing allowance.
That being said we are trying to address the Associates who were on Board in 2012 first to kick in the policy form Jan 2017 or we will reduce or grandfather the allowances for staff . Still being debated .
So to answer your question , I guess Sree and Figen can continue their current arrangements, Yvonne we are committed to finding housing as she doesn’t receive any allowance .
