Managers, I need your help reminding our employees to strictly control sharing our internal communication with external parties or suppliers. Found cases where the team put supplier on distribution of internal mails that contain company product cost including Overhead information. The cost data is considered one of highly confidential competitive info. Besides the cost info, some of internal communication may also be sensitive.
