As well known, antibiotics such as aureomycin, colistin
sulfate and kitamycin use in this experiment have been widely
employed in food-producing animals to favor growth promotion
and inhibit the pathogenic bacteria to reduce the
outbreak of fecal disease. Escherichia coli, Staphylocococcus
aureus, and Candida albicans were found to be killed by bamboo
vinegar diluted at 1:8 (Jiang, 2005).
