(a) If Angela purchased the computer for her own personal use, it could be seen as if she was acting as an individual consumer because, first, she made the contract not in the course of business and the company did so. In fact, "Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977" comes as the biggest protection against any kind of unfair terms provided towards consumers. Accordingly, the implied terms provided in the sales note could not be excluded, by virtue of Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. Courts of justice could make such a decision also by relying on the fact that such a sale was not sufficiently regular as in the course of business. For this reason, Angela is rightful to make a claim for the breach of contract by asking for remedy from courts of justice. Judges could decide to impose the seller to compensate for the damage they caused.
