Important notes
1. Guest rooms and meeting packages will be booked according to the attendance list as of 14 September, Wednesday (refer to committed tab)
2. Cancellation charges will apply from 17 October, Monday. Affiliates will be responsible for charges incurred due to shortfall in attendance for both guest rooms and meeting packages.
3. All hotel guests are required to provide hotel with credit card details at check-in.
4. Single occupancy room will be arranged for all guests. Please specify in registration form “remarks” column if double or twin room is required (RMB750 net)
5. Transportation is provided upon request and will be back-charged for delegates. Staff are to pay for own transfers, as well as for their delegates.
6. Cross-charges to affiliates include: accommodation of delegates, meeting packages including F&B for both staff and delegates.
