This is notification that effective soon we will have new process of SAP Business Workflow for T&E approval.
Employee trips can be approved in the SAP Business Workflow as per following process :
When employee submit an expense trip/claim, the trip is transferred by the system to the persons responsible for approval (managers/approvers). The Approver receive email notification from WF-BATCH and need to click on the attachment in the email to open the expense report. After the trip is checked and the receipts are verified, the approver can approve it or send it back to the employee for correction. The employee who submit the trip receives a message/email notification upon this action.

Attached is the step by step guidance for your reference.

Please distribute this throughout the approvers in your respective organizations as needed.

Ketika karyawan menyerahkan beban perjalanan / klaim, perjalanan ditransfer oleh sistem kepada orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab untuk persetujuan (manajer / approvers). The Approver menerima pemberitahuan email dari WF-BATCH dan perlu untuk mengklik pada lampiran dalam email untuk membuka laporan pengeluaran. Setelah perjalanan diperiksa dan penerimaan diverifikasi, approver dapat menyetujui atau mengirimkannya kembali kepada karyawan untuk koreksi. Karyawan yang menyampaikan perjalanan menerima pemberitahuan pesan / email pada tindakan ini. Terlampir adalah panduan langkah demi langkah untuk referensi Anda. Silahkan mendistribusikan ini di seluruh approvers dalam organisasi masing-masing sesuai kebutuhan.
