This can be done by mixing raw juice extract with dpph solution in methanol, shake well and set it in the dark for 30 minutes, then measure absorption at a wavelength of 517 nm. By conducting a total of 3 experiments, the DPPH radical trap of the extract is calculated as a deterrent percentage and displayed with IC50 values.
