2. Develop an observation checklist that can be used to monitor the customer service.
The target that we will use to measure our performance are:
- Daily sale target increase 20% by next quarter (end of March 2017)
- Reduce customer comment from survey that the variety of food is in the appropriate level by customer comment to have new dish will be reduced 50% from the first survey
- Customer satisfaction on quality of food need to increase by 50% from first survey
As per our plan, we will use the survey that we use before to check customer satisfaction again in the next 6 months and evaluate whether customer satisfaction is increase or not.
In conclusion, it can be seen that our café has improved on customer satisfaction such as adding new dish that customer has more choice when they come to our café for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Because of family small business and kitchen and staff limitation, there are only a few dish on menu that can cause customer felling bored on the same dish because they are replete customer. As I have been working in this café for 9 months, it is obviously be seen that the after we have done and focusing on the customer service, the sale target has increased and I will keep doing and record the result from the action that we already put in place because our boss also want to improve on customer satisfaction.
