In the event of didn't receiving AirAsia reference number after booking
Yesterday I booked the flight ticket online around 18:30. But until now a bill or reference number to pay the counter service, hasn't received to my email.
Check my bookings it up that pending payment and then I try to re-send itinerary via email about 2-3 laps, but there is no any document submitted to my email.
(I already checks my e-mail by carefully, but it also any flight booking document.)
Now I can't make the payment and How can I get the AirAsia reference number that already booked?
