• Performing data entry for all paperwork, including new hires/rehires, terminations, transfers, promotions, demotions, merit reviews, job reclassifications and leaves in the PeopleSoft system.
• Providing benefit hours pay out information when applicable, understanding the guidelines of the benefits policies in which to make these payments.
• Conducting paperwork classes, providing direction to applicants after job offer is completed regarding orientation.
• Completing applicant tracking, closing requisitions, enrolling new hires in training classes and generating the pre-printed paperwork for each new hire.
• Ensuring accuracy of documentation, completing and verifying documentation for I-9 forms, and verifying proof of age for Child Labour Law. Must be knowledgeable of I-9 / Child Labour Law regulations and documents.
• Providing general information to Team Members and management team at service counter and over the telephone regarding employee information and Employee Self Service.
• Assisting with Orientation check-in process, distributing new hire packets and name tags, and providing assistance to new hires in completing their paperwork.
• Providing support to the Staffing Team for all Hiring Events, extended lobby hours, International Student arrivals, and off-site hiring events.
• Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
• Process monthly salary for all MMS staff.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
